Resolving complicated and prolonged complaints and lawsuits about social insurance

In Official Dispatch No. 3106/UBND-TH, Dak Nong Provincial People's Committee requested departments, branches, sectors, People's Committees of districts and cities to continue to strengthen leadership and direction in implementing social insurance and health insurance policies.

The Social Insurance Department of Dak Nong province proactively promotes communication work to raise awareness and change the behavior of ethnic minorities about health insurance policies.

Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Home Affairs and Health to preside over and coordinate with the Provincial Social Insurance, the People's Committees of districts and Gia Nghia City to strengthen the propaganda and dissemination of laws on social insurance, health insurance and leadership and direction documents of the Central and local governments. Thereby, cadres, party members, employers, employees and people grasp and understand the necessity, role and benefits of social insurance and health insurance policies, create consensus and unity in the implementation, promote participation in social insurance and health insurance, contributing to ensuring long-term and sustainable social security.

Pursuant to regulations and instructions, the Department of Home Affairs shall preside over and coordinate with the Department of Health and relevant units to advise the Provincial People's Committee to issue a decision assigning targets for the development of social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance participants in 2025. The Department of Home Affairs shall preside over and coordinate with the Provincial Social Insurance and relevant units to recommend competent authorities to thoroughly handle complicated and prolonged complaints and lawsuits about social insurance. In particular, the debt of social insurance at some enterprises with large amounts of debt and long debt periods may affect local security and order, especially before, during and after the Party Congresses at all levels and the 14th National Party Congress.

The Department of Health is in charge of guiding medical examination and treatment facilities to provide adequate medicines, chemicals, and medical equipment to serve patients, and not let patients buy them themselves. Departments, branches, sectors, People's Committees of districts and cities must properly implement policies on social insurance and health insurance within their management scope; and prevent social insurance and health insurance arrears at agencies, units and enterprises in the area.
