The State Reserve Sub-Department of Region VII has a document requesting the People's Committee of Thanh Hoa province to direct departments, branches, sectors and the People's Committees of Quang Chieu, Muong Lat, Muong Ly, Nhi Son, Pu Nhi, Tam Chung, Trung Ly communes to develop plans, schemes and time for receiving rice and send them to the State Reserve Sub-Department of the region to organize the delivery.
Organize, export, transport, deliver and receive rice to support localities in accordance with the guidance of the Ministry of Finance in Official Dispatch No. 15316/BTC-TCDT dated December 14, 2020 on the export of rice from the national reserve to Thanh Hoa province to carry out forest protection and development work; comply with regulations on processes, order and procedures for exporting national reserve goods according to Circular No. 60/2025/TT-BTC dated June 27, 2025 of the Ministry of Finance stipulating the processes, order and procedures for implementing decentralization and decentralization in the field of national reserves and importing and exporting national reserve goods for relief, support and aid.
