During April 15-16, 70 trainees who are employees and workers directly at tourist accommodation establishments; officials directly in charge of tourism in communes and wards in Yen Bai province participated in the training course on professional skills of reception and housekeeping for tourist accommodation establishments.

During the training, the trainees not only absorbed the professional content conveyed by the lecturers, but also actively exchanged, discussed and shared practical experiences from their own work at their facilities. Thereby, creating a lively and practical learning environment. In particular, the trainees demonstrated their eagerness to learn professional skills in line with the development trends of the tourism industry, from professional communication skills at the reception desk to room service procedures that ensure service standards and safety. At the same time, the trainees also effectively participated in the practical activities of the training program.
