Yen Binh inaugurates smart agricultural cooperative model

On November 12, the People's Committee of Yen Binh commune coordinated with VNPT Lao Cai to organize a ceremony to press the button to inaugurate the smart agricultural cooperative model, within the framework of the signing ceremony of the cooperation agreement on digital transformation, period 2025 - 2030. The event marked an important first step towards strengthening support for digital government and developing the digital economy in the locality.

According to the cooperation agreement, the two sides will closely coordinate in six key areas, in which digital government focuses on building a commune-level Intelligent Operation Center (IOC), operating an administrative procedure settlement system and deploying high-level online public services.

Commune leaders, VNPT and business representatives in Yen Binh commune performed the opening ceremony of the smart cooperative model.

The digital economy will apply high technologies such as Blockchain, AI, IoT to agricultural production, promote cashless payments and e-commerce. The digital society aims at comprehensive digital transformation in the education and healthcare sectors, while supporting the issuance of free digital signatures to people; solutions to ensure safety, information security and human resource development are also deployed in parallel.

On this occasion, VNPT Lao Cai presented Yen Binh Agricultural and Service Cooperative with a Landing Page system to promote grape products worth 30 million VND, to support the cooperative in improving brand recognition and expanding the market on digital platforms.

Yen Binh Commune People's Committee was also sponsored for 12 months to use the paperless meeting room system, helping to improve work efficiency, save time and administrative costs.
