According to the organizers, the competition's evaluation criteria are based on 6 factors: solution, value, creativity, feasibility, development potential and impact. This will help to have a more comprehensive view of the projects, not only in terms of revenue, but also in terms of sustainable development and low impact on the environment.

Participants include independent candidates, teams from universities, or early-stage startups in Vietnam. The minimum age is 18 years old and the maximum age is 40 years old, except for teams with members over 40 years old, who can participate as professional advisors. Another point to note is that participating teams/organizations must have at least one founder of Vietnamese nationality.

The prize structure includes one first prize worth 500 million VND; one second prize worth 300 million VND; one third prize worth 100 million VND and two secondary prizes each worth 50 million VND.

In addition, the 16 best teams will be awarded free Udemy accounts - the world's leading online learning platform, and have the opportunity to receive investment worth 50,000 USD from AiViet Venture. In addition, the three highest-winning teams will be awarded scholarships for the AiViet Startup Course worth 10,000 USD each.

The Organizing Committee will start accepting applications from October 16, 2024 to December 10, 2024. The Organizing Committee will then select applications and select 16 teams with the most outstanding solutions or initiatives.

The next teams will participate in online interviews to share about their projects to select 7 excellent teams for the final round scheduled to take place on February 17, 2025.

The final round will be held in Ho Chi Minh City. In this round, the teams will focus on presenting their business plans and strategies, and answering questions from the judges.

The Jury of the Final Round consists of 3 groups of experts: Investor Group (Representatives of Investment Funds such as AiViet Venture, BK Fund and leading funds nationwide); Science and Technology Group (Leaders or representatives of national universities, technology research institutes) and Entrepreneur Group (entrepreneurs who have influence on the Vietnamese market, are partners in the AiViet Venture ecosystem).

In particular, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Nam is the head of the jury of the competition. Mr. Nam is one of the founders of FPT and the former CEO of FPT Software. He is also the founder of FUNiX Online University. Currently, he is the Innovation Advisor to the Chairman of the Board of Directors of FPT and Vice Chairman of FPT Education.
