It is known that the Provincial Farmers' Association manages a budget of approximately VND33 billion, of which VND15 billion comes from the central budget and VND18 billion comes from the provincial budget. This fund is being deployed to lend to 84 economic development farmer projects to expand production scale and increase competitiveness in the market.
