Sharing a "funny yet embarrassing" memory from the Miss International competition, Thanh Thủy recounted how she left her phone behind in Tokyo during a two-day business trip to Niigata. She had to rely on other contestants to update her social media and handle media relations. To ease her homesickness during the competition, she often brought instant noodles – a familiar Vietnamese dish.

Returning to Vietnam after winning the beauty pageant, Thanh Thủy recounted a humorous situation: "As soon as I landed, fearing I wouldn't have time to prepare, I hastily applied foundation on the plane. When I got off the plane, my face was pale and lacked definition, so I had to ask Quân and Pu (makeup artists) to fix it. My face looked terrible, my lips had no life at all."

Thanh Thủy's face turned "pale" because she applied her own foundation upon arriving at the airport:

One interesting thing is Thanh Thủy's pre-stage routine, learned from catwalk coach Lê Hoàng Phương: "Before going on stage, I draw energy from the universe, look up at the sky, close my eyes, and imagine that I will shine, radiating a halo like a star on stage. Drawing energy like that helps me gain confidence."

When under pressure, Thanh Thủy usually chooses to put it aside and confide in her colleagues at work, fellow beauty queens and runners-up, as well as her parents.

The first thing Thanh Thủy wanted to do after winning the crown was to make a homecoming trip to Ho Chi Minh City, visiting scenic spots and introducing the beautiful scenery to international friends. She also went to Hanoi to visit Tien Phong newspaper - the organizer of Miss Vietnam - and participated in many activities at the newspaper's offices as part of her media tour.

The beauty queen also shared her hobby of collecting souvenirs from international friends, such as keychains or coaster holders – small items that reflect the cultural beauty of each country.

Thanh Thủy revealed that her first show was as the vedette for designer Thịnh Nguyễn, who also designed her coronation dress for Miss Vietnam 2022. Her fee for her first show was less than 1 million VND.

Her most cherished life motto is, " Meeting a better version of yourself is the greatest encounter ." For inspiration, she often listens to the song "We Will Win, " sung by Hoa Minzy and other artists to cheer on the Vietnamese national football team.
