133 12th grade students are exempted from graduation exams and given priority for direct admission to university.

The list of 133 students exempted from the High School Graduation Exam and given priority for direct admission to university includes students in grade 12 of the 2024-2025 school year who have participated in the National Team Selection Exam for International and Regional Olympic Competitions in 2025. These are also students who have achieved high scores in the National High School Excellence Exam for the 2024-2025 school year.

The Ministry of Education and Training requests that the Departments of Education and Training exempt candidates from the 2024-2025 High School Graduation Exam for the school year who are on the list as prescribed in Clause 1, Article 39 of the High School Graduation Exam Regulations, issued with Circular 24/2024/TT-BGDDT.

Universities, academies, colleges, and junior colleges of preschooleducation shall give priority to direct admission to universities and colleges in 2025 for these candidates according to the provisions of Clause 2, Article 8 of the Regulations on university and college admissions for preschool education issued together with Circular No. 08/2022/TT-BGDDT, amended and supplemented by Circular No. 06/2025/TT-BGDDT.
