Study a British-standard global MBA in Vietnam

(Dan Tri) - FPT Corporation said it will launch the Global MBA program of Greenwich University (UK) in Vietnam from September.

The program will be taught in 4 cities: Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang and Can Tho, by Greenwich Vietnam, the international university program training unit ofFPT Group.

The implementation of a master's program with global elements in business administration is the next step in FPT's strategy in the education sector, aiming to train human resources and a highly qualified management team with a deep understanding of the global business context, serving the development and expansion of FPT's presence globally.

FPT - Real-world business training environment in a global billion-dollar ecosystem

Different from the traditional education model, Greenwich Vietnam - the international university training unit of FPT - is located in the technology and practical business ecosystem of FPT Corporation, one of the first Vietnamese enterprises to achieve global billion-dollar revenue, present in 29 countries.

MBA Global students will not only learn theory, but also have direct access to technology projects and management solutions in the FPT corporate environment, connecting with experts, business leaders, and startup founders at home and abroad.

This is also an important milestone since the cooperation agreement between FPT Corporation and Greenwich University (UK) in providing high-quality human resources globally signed on June 21, 2023.

Previously, Greenwich University was one of FPT's long-standing traditional educational partners. In Vietnam, Greenwich University has a history of cooperating in university training programs with FPT since 2009. Over the past 15 years, thousands of students graduating with degrees from Greenwich University in Vietnam are working in and outside FPT.

FPT CEO Nguyen Van Khoa and Greenwich University President Jane Harrington signed a strategic cooperation agreement for 2023.

MBA Global - A truly global master's program in management

MBA Global is a British standard master's training program directly awarded by the University of Greenwich, currently being implemented in 19 countries and territories.

In Vietnam, Greenwich Vietnam is currently the only unit that has been transferred the original and organizes the teaching of this program in an internationalized environment with a team of domestic and foreign lecturers with rich practical experience.

The announcement ceremony of the Global MBA program was attended by many professors and experts from home and abroad.

The standard program according to the UK master's training framework has a duration of 180 credits. Students spend 12 months studying directly at the training facility and 6 months implementing a business consulting project under the guidance of professors and economic experts.

In the context of AI and technology that are dramatically changing the labor market and requiring management capacity, the Global MBA program is designed to train a team of leaders with strategic thinking, high adaptability and the ability to operate businesses in a global environment.

Students will receive comprehensive training in strategic management, market development, innovation, technology and entrepreneurship, through global business simulation methods, real-life situations and integrated projects. In particular, the program is accompanied by a Global Advisory Council - a gathering of experts and entrepreneurs from developed economies.

FPT Corporation said that all students in the first course will be sponsored 100% of the cost to participate in the Global Orientation Program lasting 5 days and 4 nights in Singapore - a place where the region's leading financial, technology and startup networks converge.

In addition, students who register early for the September intake have the opportunity to receive a scholarship of up to 100% of tuition fees. This is a special policy designed by Greenwich Vietnam and FPT Corporation to support potential managers to develop in a high-quality academic environment, closely linked to business practices.
