Over a decade of construction and development (2015-2025), Victory Primary, Secondary, and High School has strongly affirmed its pioneering position in educational innovation, creating a dynamic, internationally-standard learning environment right in the capital of the Central Highlands.
A 10-Year Journey: Reaching New Heights and Making Its Mark
On October 28, 2015, Victory Primary, Secondary, and High School was officially established. In its first academic year, it had 30 classes and 913 students. After a decade, Victory has made an impressive mark, growing strongly to over 100 classes and nearly 3,400 students. This number not only makes Victory a shining example in the private education system of Dak Lak province but also contributes positively to the socialization of education in the area.

Beyond mere growth figures, Victory's true hallmark lies in the depth of its quality and relentless innovation. With a modern technological foundation, an internationally standardized English program, STEM education, and a series of creative experiential activities, the school builds a holistic educational environment, fostering generations of global citizens.
Where English is the "second language"
Recognizing foreign languages as the "key to integration," the school has made groundbreaking investments in its teaching staff and training programs. With 10 native-speaking teachers (the highest number in Dak Lak province) and a program that meets Cambridge English and CEFR standards, Victory students are comprehensively trained in all four skills in a natural communication environment.
The results of this strategy are evidenced by impressive figures: 100% of 5th and 9th grade students participated in the Cambridge certificate exams; 50% of 12th grade students achieved an IELTS score of 4.5 or higher, with many outstanding students reaching the 8.0 IELTS mark – a dream achievement for many high school students. The school's students also consistently won top prizes in provincial-level English public speaking and debate competitions.

“We learn English every day as a part of our lives, from regular classes to clubs, stage performances, and research projects. The native-speaking teachers are very friendly and always encourage students to express their thoughts in English,” shared Nguyen Vo Thanh An, a student in class 12A3.
As a result, English at Victory is no longer just about "grade pressure," but truly becomes a tool that helps students confidently participate in international exams and student exchange programs with foreign countries.
Embracing the Industry 4.0 trend: From STEM and AI to mastering technology.
Victory is one of the pioneering institutions in the Central Highlands in promoting the application of information technology and artificial intelligence (AI) in teaching. With its AI-integrated software system, each student's abilities and learning progress are closely monitored, allowing teachers to build the most suitable personalized learning plan.
“100% of high school students at Victory use laptops for their studies. They are enrolled in the Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) international IT program and have achieved a 100% certification rate. The school hopes that each student will not only know how to use technology but also master it, becoming a dynamic digital citizen of the 4.0 era,” shared Mr. Nguyen Dinh Nguyen, the school's Vice Principal.

Simultaneously, STEM education is considered a key focus, closely linking theory and practice. From 2020 to the present, the school has developed over 200 STEM topics and organized numerous creative projects. The school has consistently won first prize at the provincial STEM Festival for two consecutive academic years, 2023–2024 and 2024–2025.
Victory's achievements extend beyond the provincial level. In 2021, the school became the first educational institution in Dak Lak to win first prize in the National Science and Technology Competition for high school students. In 2022, it continued its success by winning third prize in the 7th Student Entrepreneurship Ideas Competition.
Building Human Beings: Kindness, Confidence, and Sharing
Victory is more than just a place to teach literacy; it's an environment that nurtures character and life values. With nearly 3,400 students, the school has built a vibrant learning community where each individual is respected and encouraged to develop according to their own abilities.

Experiential activities, social projects, clubs, etc., help students balance their studies and their spiritual lives. Creative lessons and community projects all aim to help students become kind, confident, and compassionate individuals.
Parent Nguyen Van Anh shared: “I chose Victory for my child because it's not just a place to teach literacy, but also a place to nurture character. My child used to be shy and quiet, but now confidently presents in front of a crowd in English. For me, that's the greatest success.”
Aspiration to reach further: Making a mark on the international education map.
Not resting on its laurels, Victory is continuing its journey of deeper integration. The school aims to become a member of the Cambridge International School System, expanding cooperation with international educational organizations and creating opportunities for students to participate in global exams and events.

Looking back over the past 10 years, Mr. Nguyen Minh Phat – the school's principal – shared: "Over the past ten years, Victory has not only achieved growth figures, but more importantly, has nurtured souls who know how to dream, how to share, and how to overcome their own limitations. For the school, education is not just about imparting knowledge, but a journey of inspiring aspirations, awakening creative potential, and fostering the ability to integrate into society in each student."
"The journey ahead will be a time for the school to continue nurturing dreams, expanding its international horizons, and making Victory a symbol of a humane, creative, and integrated education," Mr. Phat emphasized.
