On the afternoon of December 30, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hai, Principal of An Thoi 1 Secondary School (Phu Quoc City, Kien Giang ) said that the school had asked the An Thoi Ward Police to submit a report to the An Thoi Ward People's Committee to commend two students for their good actions and not taking lost property.

Previously, Ms. Vu Thi Quyen, homeroom teacher of class 9/2 at An Thoi 1 Secondary School, said that on the afternoon of December 29, two students of class 9/2, Nguyen Ngoc Lan and Ha Gia Tu, on their way home from playing soccer at Co Sau slope (An Thoi Ward), discovered an iPhone dropped on the road.

The two students picked up the phone and brought it to An Thoi Ward Police Station to find the person who dropped it and return it. After checking, the phone they picked up was an iPhone 11 Promax. By the morning of December 30, An Thoi Ward Police Station had found the owner of the phone and returned it in the presence of the homeroom teacher and both Lan and Tu. Ms. Quyen also said: "When the police called to receive the phone, the owner of the phone was very happy and did not hesitate to praise the two students for their good actions and not being greedy for lost property."
