3 Vietnamese players perform impressively at the UK Open Pool Championship

Duong Quoc Hoang, Nguyen Anh Tuan and Luong Duc Thien excellently won tickets to play in the round of 32 of the UK Open Pool Championship on the evening of June 1.

His meticulousness and precision helped Quoc Hoang continuously clear the table to have 6 consecutive winning racks and thereby completing a spectacular comeback against the former world champion.

Not repeating the mistakes he made in the match against Joshua Filler, Anh Tuan completed the overall victory with a score of 9-5 and won the right to enter the round of 32.

In the round of 32, Vietnamese players will face formidable opponents. Tuan Anh will face Shane Van Boening (USA), Duc Thien will face Joshua Filler while number one hope Duong Quoc Hoang will face David Alcaide (Spain). All matches will take place on June 2.

The UK Open Pool Championship is a prestigious pool billiards tournament held at the Copper Box Arena in London (UK). The tournament brings together 256 players from all over the world and will compete in a bracket format to select the best 64 players to enter the knockout round.
