Lighthouses - which are considered "the eyes of the sea" - not only serve as navigational aids for ships but are also beautiful check-in spots in Vietnam.
Ke Ga Lighthouse, Binh Thuan
Ke Ga Lighthouse is located in Tan Thanh Commune, Ham Thuan Nam District, Binh Thuan Province. It is recognized as the oldest lighthouse in Vietnam with an age of 125 years, built by the French from 1897 to 1899.

The total height of the lighthouse above sea level is 65m. The width of the lighthouse is 3m at the base and 2.5m at the top. The wall thickness of the lighthouse is from 1m to 1.6m and is thicker at the base, gradually thinning towards the top.
Every day, the lighthouse illuminates ships traveling on Hon Ba sea and part of Phan Thiet sea with a 2000W high-power bulb that can scan 40km of sea.
Ke Ga Cape Lighthouse is recognized by the Vietnam Book of Records as the tallest and oldest lighthouse today. This is also a must-see sightseeing and photography spot in Binh Thuan. The ideal time to visit here is from February to July and from September to January of the following year.
Vung Tau Lighthouse, Ba Ria - Vung Tau

Vung Tau Lighthouse is located on the top of Tao Phung Mountain in Ward 2, Vung Tau City, Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province. This lighthouse was built by the French in 1862, at an altitude of nearly 150m above sea level.
The lighthouse has an area of over 3,400 square meters, designed as a cylinder about 18 meters high and about 3 meters in diameter. Vung Tau lighthouse has the ability to illuminate a distance of nearly 55 kilometers, supporting thousands of ships and people traveling at sea.

This is a place that tourists when coming to Vung Tau often tell each other they must visit to admire the oldest lighthouse in Vietnam.
Dai Lanh Lighthouse, Phu Yen

Dai Lanh Lighthouse is one of the must-see sights when you come to Phu Yen. Standing on the top of the lighthouse, you will be able to admire a beautiful natural picture of clouds, mountains and the emerald green sea.
Dai Lanh Lighthouse, also known as Mui Dien Lighthouse, is located in Dong Be village, Hoa Tam commune, Dong Hoa district, Phu Yen province, 35km southeast of Tuy Hoa city. Local people often say this is the place to welcome the first sunrise in Vietnam.
The project was built by a French architect in the late 19th century with an area of 300m2. With a height of 110m, the lighthouse can shine up to 27 nautical miles.
Not only does it have the task of illuminating the way for coastal people, Dai Lanh lighthouse is also a place where many tourists visit and take pictures when they have the opportunity to come to Phu Yen.
