In the National Target Program on New Rural Development, the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations not only take the lead in propaganda and mobilization but also actively carry out in-depth activities, contributing to improving infrastructure, increasing people's income, and fostering a spirit of solidarity and community responsibility.

The results of the implementation of the Movement over the past time have demonstrated unity in leadership and direction; received consensus and positive response from departments, branches, organizations, localities and people of all walks of life; brought about practical results, contributed to promoting socio-economic development, maintaining political stability, consolidating and strengthening the great national unity bloc more and more firmly.

In recent years, in Tan Tap commune, many households have donated land to expand rural roads and build many other welfare projects, including the family of Mr. Duong Van Liem (residing in Tan Thanh hamlet).

In the era of "every inch of land is gold", but responding to the motto "State and People work together", Mr. Liem donated more than 1,000 square meters of land, contributed money and mobilized people around to work together to expand Tan Thanh - Tan Chanh road and Chong My road.

Thanks to the joint efforts and consensus of the people, the traffic infrastructure system in Tan Tap commune has been gradually improved, and the rural appearance has improved day by day. Mr. Liem shared: “As a farmer member, my family and I follow the Party's policies and guidelines, and the State's policies and laws. I see that the first benefit of expanding the road is that it is more convenient for us to travel, and it is easier to sell agricultural products, and then it helps the commune maintain and improve the quality of the criteria for building a new rural area.”

In Phuoc Ly commune - one of the typical localities showing the effectiveness of the Campaign - Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune Nguyen Thi Ngoc Duyen informed that in the past term, the commune Fatherland Front and its member organizations have promoted their core role in propagating, gathering, mobilizing, and uniting the people; effectively implementing campaigns and emulation movements associated with local socio -economic development, including the activities of building new rural areas. Notable are the models and movements related to environmental landscape construction; work to care for the poor, people in difficult circumstances,... coordinating to mobilize and give away more than 10,000 gifts, worth more than 3 billion VND; building new and repairing 28 charity houses, Great Solidarity with a total cost of 1.8 billion VND.

In particular, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Phuoc Ly commune launched a model of self-managed, united, prosperous and happy residential area (KDC) associated with digital transformation application, choosing the KDC on Lai Thi Sau street, Phuoc Ly hamlet as the implementation point. This model has the following criteria: The KDC has at least 1 self-managed model recognized by the Chairman of the Commune People's Committee; the KDC has no poor or near-poor households according to general criteria, no temporary or dilapidated houses; the KDC has village roads, alleys, and works serving daily life, meeting the criteria of bright - green - clean - beautiful; 80% of people know how to use online public services, cashless payments, and digital utility applications serving daily life;...

Currently, Lai Thi Sau Residential Area has established a residential area self-management group, mobilizing people to implement the model of the National Flag and Uncle Ho's picture to beautify the urban area in the direction of "bright - green - clean - beautiful"; and installing a solar energy lighting system on the road.

During the past term, the Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels in the province chaired and coordinated the implementation of the Campaign with 5 key contents, associated with the emulation movement "The whole country joins hands to build new rural areas", receiving positive responses from the majority of people. Thereby, arousing the spirit of solidarity, creativity, mobilizing many resources, contributing significantly to the completion of the criteria of new rural areas and civilized urban areas.

The Vietnam Fatherland Front of the province and socio-political organizations have focused on building and replicating many creative models and methods, suitable to the characteristics of each organization. Notably, the Farmers' Association has the Model Country Road, Green Road - Clean Canal model; the Women's Union has the 5 No, 3 Clean Family model; the Veterans' Association has the movement of Helping each other to sustainably reduce poverty and do good business; the Youth Union has the Youth Start-up movement;... The Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels has promoted its role, maintained and improved the quality of models associated with security, religion and the community.

In particular, the companionship and solidarity of the Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels is a sustainable "bridge" between the Party's will and the people's hearts. With the continuation of that determination, the Campaign continues to spread strongly in the community, contributing to building new rural areas and civilized urban areas that are increasingly sustainable, humane and rich in identity.

In the 2025-2030 term, to continue promoting the strength of the great national unity bloc, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province and socio-political organizations will continue to promote their role as a center of unity; promote propaganda work, grasp the thoughts and aspirations of the people, combine with education, raise awareness and sense of responsibility, mobilize people to well implement the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws; diversify forms of mobilization, rally people, strengthen grassroots work, promptly advise Party committees to lead, direct and coordinate with authorities at all levels to resolve people's legitimate requests and recommendations, not to let "hot spots" and complications arise; resolutely fight against the distorted and destructive arguments of hostile forces.

In addition, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province and socio-political organizations also expand and diversify resources in building new rural areas, building united, prosperous and happy residential areas; promoting the role of the people as the main subject, encouraging the spirit of autonomy, self-reliance and self-responsibility in participating in implementing criteria and models of building new rural areas and civilized urban areas.

With the strong determination, solidarity and high responsibility of the entire political system and the people of Tay Ninh , we believe that the patriotic emulation movements and campaigns, especially the Campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas" will go deeper and deeper, creating positive changes, bringing a new look to the homeland, improving people's lives, and building Tay Ninh province to be increasingly rich, civilized and affectionate./.

Over the past 5 years, the Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels in the province has promoted its core role in propaganda and mobilization of people to participate in the new rural construction. People in the province have donated more than 230 hectares of land, contributed more than 64,970 working days and more than 938 billion VND to repair and upgrade more than 108.7 km of rural roads; implemented 3,984 projects in the fields of transportation, irrigation, electricity, water, environment, etc. Thereby, the rural infrastructure system - from transportation, canals, ditches in the fields to electricity and water for daily life - has been invested more synchronously, contributing to promoting production, improving the living environment, and raising the material and spiritual life of the people.
