Each member of the new term of the Vietnam Fatherland Front must be worthy of representing the voice of the people of the whole province.

On October 24, in Hanoi, Ms. Ha Thi Nga, member of the Party Central Committee, Vice President of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) chaired a meeting and gave opinions on the 1st Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Tuyen Quang province, term 2025-2030.

Presenting the content related to the organization of the Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Tuyen Quang province for the 2025-2030 term, Mr. Ha Trung Kien, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, said that the model Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front at the commune level of the province was held on September 25-26. Up to now, 100% of commune-level units have completed the organization of the Congress. The Congress has democratically elected over 7,000 members to participate in the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of communes and wards, of which 124 are Chairmen and 628 are Standing Committee members.

Regarding the draft political report submitted to the Congress, with the spirit of "Solidarity - Democracy - Courage - Innovation - Development", the Congress continued to "Promote the tradition of the revolutionary homeland, the strength of great national unity; continue to innovate the content and methods of operation; join hands to build Tuyen Quang province to develop, firmly step forward in the era of national growth".

The draft political report submitted to the Congress sets out 12 key targets, 3 breakthroughs and 6 action programs for the entire term.

Regarding personnel work, the Congress expects the number of members of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee for the 2025-2030 term to be 119 with the following structure and composition: heads of Party committees account for 0.8%; Standing Committee accounts for 7.56%; heads of member organizations account for 18.5%; Chairmen of the Commune-level Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee account for 52.1%; outstanding individuals account for 16.8%; cadres and civil servants of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee account for 4.3%.

The structure combines the proportion of women at 30%; ethnic minorities at 58%; non-Party members at 6%; religious people at 1%; and the re-election rate compared to the beginning of the term at over 30%.

Speaking at the meeting, Vice President of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Ha Thi Nga highly appreciated the attention in leadership and direction of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on the preparation work for the Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels in the province; commended the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tuyen Quang province for actively and proactively following Directive No. 48-CT/TW, dated June 24, 2025 of the Central Party Secretariat, the content of the Guidelines related to the Congress work of the Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and the directive document of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee to prepare the content of the 1st Provincial Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, term 2025 - 2030.

Acknowledging that the draft political report was carefully prepared, closely following the direction of the Central Committee and having innovative features, Ms. Ha Thi Nga suggested that, based on the direction of General Secretary To Lam at the first Congress of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front and Central organizations, the province should specify the content in 6 action programs. Especially specify the role and relative independence of socio-political organizations and mass organizations in the action programs of the 2025-2030 term.

The general goal of the term must carry the breath and general trend of the country and strongly promote the spirit of great solidarity, joint efforts and consensus of the people in the whole province, determined to build Tuyen Quang province to develop and step firmly in the era of national growth, Ms. Ha Thi Nga suggested and said that the selection of breakthroughs of the term needs to be linked to the implementation reality in the locality, especially linked to the organizational model after the rearrangement.

Regarding personnel at the Congress, Ms. Ha Thi Nga suggested that it is necessary to closely follow the content of the Central's guiding documents, expressing the identity of the Vietnam Fatherland Front through the image of each Committee member in the new term, worthy of being representatives of the voice and aspirations of the people in the whole province.

To create an enthusiastic and enthusiastic atmosphere among all classes of people towards the Provincial Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Ms. Ha Thi Nga suggested strengthening propaganda and agitation activities before, during and after the Congress; coordinating the development of specialized pages, columns, reports, documentaries, propaganda on social networking platforms... especially propagating the position, role and results of the Provincial Front's activities in the past time; orienting the goals, directions, targets and tasks for the 2025 - 2030 term on mass media to create a widespread political movement among all classes of people.
