On October 24, the National Competition Commission ( Ministry of Industry and Trade ) coordinated with Voice of Vietnam (VOV) to organize the program "Consumer fest - Consumer Appreciation Day", taking place in Hanoi.

According to the organizers, the Program is an opportunity for businesses and consumers to connect, listen, share and create sustainable consumption values. The support and companionship of consumers is a great source of motivation to help businesses continuously improve, develop and create sustainable values ​​for society.

Mr. Trinh Anh Tuan, Chairman of the National Competition Commission, said: “The program spreads positive values ​​towards a sustainable and harmonious economy . In the context of the country entering a new stage of development, deep integration; innovation. Consumers are not only the destination but also the core driving force, promoting the sustainable development of the economy. Consumer fest brings together more than 30 domestic and foreign businesses and units with nearly 50 booths, expected to attract about 20,000 - 25,000 visitors.

The program also has many experiential activities to guide consumers in choosing green, environmentally friendly products such as: Product experience area, interactive games; customer feedback and listening area... creating conditions for consumers to express their opinions, contributing to improving the quality of products and services and enhancing customer experience in the future.
