30 teams participate in the Storytelling Contest based on books in Dien Bien province in 2025

Delegates attended the opening ceremony of the 2025 Storytelling Contest based on books in Dien Bien province.

The 2025 Storytelling Contest in Dien Bien Province took place from October 23 to 26, attracting nearly 30 teams with more than 1,000 members, representing Primary Schools, Middle Schools, High Schools, and Vocational Education - Continuing Education Centers in the province.

The teams competed in a dramatized format, with 3 parts: Introducing the team, telling stories from books and talent. The contests harmoniously combined elements of art, drama, literature, poetry reading, and sketches to illustrate the content of the story; using information technology, creating video clips to illustrate and increase the appeal of the story.

The Organizing Committee awarded souvenir flags to the teams participating in the competition.

The contest is a meaningful activity, aiming to propagate and educate generations of students about the tradition of patriotism, national pride, gratitude to the Party and great Uncle Ho; the values, noble moral qualities and historical traditions, cultural beauty, and people of Dien Bien. At the same time, it contributes to building and developing a reading culture, raising awareness of the importance of reading and building reading habits among students in particular and the community in general. The contest creates a healthy and useful playground, helping students have the opportunity to demonstrate their creative thinking ability, expression skills and love for books.
