30th anniversary of Au Co Secondary School, Nha Trang City

On the afternoon of May 5, Au Co Secondary School (Nha Trang City, Khanh Hoa) held a ceremony to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the school's founding (May 5, 1995 - May 5, 2025).

Attending the ceremony of Au Co Secondary School's 30th anniversary of establishment and development were Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Tan Tuan, leaders of the Department of Education and Training, leaders of Nha Trang City and generations of cadres, teachers, staff and students of the school.

Au Co Secondary School was established under Decision No. 73/QD-GD, dated May 5, 1995 of the Director of Khanh Hoa Departmentof Education and Training. The school currently has 75 staff, teachers, employees and more than 1,400 students.

After 30 years of construction and development, with the continuous efforts of the teachers and students, the school has made a strong transformation, achieving achievements in terms of training scale, facilities, staff, quality and effectiveness of education. For many years, the school has affirmed its position as one of the leading flags in the quality of secondary education in Nha Trang City and Khanh Hoa Province. The rate of students admitted to grade 10 of public high schools and Le Quy Don High School for the Gifted has increased over the years. The school has achieved high results in the city and provincial level competitions for excellent secondary school students.

Au Co Secondary School has been recognized as meeting national standards level 1, educational quality assessment level 2; received a certificate of merit from the Prime Minister for achievements in education and training from the 2017-2018 to 2021-2022 school year; twice received the flag of an excellent unit in the emulation movement from the Government (2021-2022 and 2022-2023 school years).

Speaking at the ceremony, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Tan Tuan expressed his deep gratitude for the great contributions of generations of teachers. At the same time, he hoped that the school would continue to build a team of teachers with solid expertise, dedication to the profession, creativity in teaching; pay attention to fostering life skills, inspiring the spirit of humanity and awareness of contributing to the community in students...

The Board of Directors of Au Co Secondary School received a certificate of merit from Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Tan Tuan.

On this occasion, the Provincial People's Committee awarded a certificate of merit to Au Co Secondary School for its outstanding achievements and contributions to the development of education and training in the province; awarded a certificate of merit to the school for its achievements in the movement of All People Protecting National Security in 2024; awarded the title of provincial emulation fighter to 1 individual. Nha Trang City People's Committee awarded certificates of merit to 3 individuals. A number of units and alumni groups awarded 32 scholarships to excellent and studious students.
