300,000 traditional market traders will be equipped with online sales skills.

TikTok Shop is implementing many programs aimed at training hundreds of thousands of traditional market traders nationwide to access e-commerce channels.

At the event "TikTok Shop CSR Day 2025 - Together For Good," TikTok Shop officially announced the new theme for community efforts "Vietnamese Goods Reaching Out" and new corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs in 2025.

Accordingly, following the success of the community initiative "Proud of Vietnamese Goods", a new cooperation program between TikTok Shop and Government partners to support local businesses, traditional market traders and young domestic workers to improve their e-commerce capacity at a professional level, creating momentum for Vietnamese goods to make a breakthrough in the new economic context has been announced.

Specifically, in the cooperation program with the Center for E-commerce and Digital Technology Development (eComDX), TikTok Shop will accompany the Department of E-commerce and Digital Economy - Ministry of Industry and Trade to deploy the regional e-commerce week called Go Online in all 6 economic regions across the country.

With the core activity being an in-depth training program on e-commerce including legal framework, tax management regulations, business development plans and digital advertising solutions, the program will equip businesses and young human resources in localities with knowledge and practical skills to develop sustainable e-commerce businesses.

This is a notable new point in the effort to support the improvement of domestic e-commerce capacity, because most previous training programs only focused on helping learners get acquainted with e-commerce business. In addition, various trade promotion activities to promote and boost the consumption of local branded products to consumers nationwide will also be promoted within the framework of the week.

At the same time, within the framework of the Traditional Market Trader Support Program in cooperation with the Department of E-commerce and Digital Economy - Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Vietnam E-commerce Association, TikTok Shop aims to equip e-commerce business skills for 300,000 traditional market traders nationwide.

The goal will be achieved through joint efforts to build a "Digital Transformation Handbook," skills training programs and livestream sales sessions specifically for this group of sellers, aiming to create a comprehensive, open and sustainable digital transformation community.

Particularly aiming to improve the capacity of the young human resource community, KOLs and KOCs who are actively participating in the development of e-commerce in general and the digital economy in particular, TikTok Shop announced its coordination with the Vietnam Advertising Association, the Vietnam Advertising and Digital Content Association and the Department of Grassroots Culture, Family and Library - Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism to organize in-depth training programs on the provisions of the Advertising Law...../.
