(HGO ) – On the morning of February 2, the Provincial Red Cross Society coordinated with the People's Committee of Phung Hiep district to organize a Tet Charity Market for 300 disadvantaged households in the district.
The activity is in response to the "Humanitarian Tet" movement launched by the Central Committee of the Vietnam Red Cross Society , with the desire to accompany and help everyone, every poor family, and the disadvantaged in Hau Giang province to enjoy spring and celebrate Tet in a warm and affectionate atmosphere.
At the market, each participating household will receive a shopping voucher worth about 700,000 VND to buy essential items such as rice, tea, cakes, spices, etc.
This is the third Charity Tet market in the province organized by the Provincial Red Cross Society.
