The organizing committee of the 2024 Women's Startup Competition of Hai Duong City awarded prizes to the winning women.

According to the Hai Duong City Women's Union, the 2024 Women's Startup Competition with the theme "Women's Creative Startups and Green Transformation" attracted 24 startup projects from women's union members in wards and communes.

The Organizing Committee of the competition selected 8 projects for awards, of which 4 projects won first prizes, including 2 projects from Tan Binh Ward, 1 project from Ai Quoc Ward and 1 project from Tien Tien Commune. Tan Binh Ward alone had the most ideas in the competition and both won first prizes with the idea of sewing handbags from recycled jeans and developing the craft of weaving handmade baskets.

According to the Organizing Committee, the competition was widely implemented in the city. Many projects promoted regional advantages and exploited economic value from environmentally friendly products. Some highly applicable products can be applied to real life such as processing organic waste into fertilizer, developing safe carrot growing areas, aiming for export, etc.

The 2024 Women's Entrepreneurship Competition for Hai Duong City women responded to the competition launched by the Provincial Women's Union, aiming to help Hai Duong effectively implement Project 939 "Supporting Women's Entrepreneurship in the 2017-2025 period". This is also the first locality in the province to evaluate and summarize this competition.
