All 5 of these enterprises were late in disclosing information about the 2023 semi-annual audit report and were reminded by HOSE. However, up to now, all 5 cases have not yet published the 2023 semi-annual audit report. Therefore, these units have violated the regulation "Listed organizations continue to violate regulations on information disclosure on the stock market after being placed on the restricted trading list". Therefore, HOSE will transfer the above stocks from the restricted trading list to the suspended trading list according to regulations. The specific time of suspension has not been announced.
