54 new Law graduates receive their diplomas at Vinh Phuc Continuing Education Center

GD&TĐ - On the morning of September 13, at Vinh Phuc Continuing Education Center, Hanoi Law University held a closing ceremony and awarded diplomas to 54 students of Course 8.

Attending the ceremony were Dr. Nguyen Trieu Duong, Head of University Training Department - Hanoi Law University; Mr. Tran Van Hoa, Deputy Director of Phu Tho Department of Home Affairs; Dr. Le Gia Thanh, Director of Vinh Phuc Continuing Education Center, along with representatives of agencies, units, teachers and a large number of students.

This program is part of the plan to train and foster cadres, civil servants and public employees of Vinh Phuc province (old) now Phu Tho , aiming to build a team of leaders and managers with legal qualifications, meeting development requirements in the new period.

According to Decision No. 2417 dated August 15 of Hanoi Law University, 54 students were recognized as graduates. The majority of the students of the course were unit leaders and department-level leaders of many agencies in the former Vinh Phuc province (now Phu Tho).

Speaking at the ceremony, Dr. Nguyen Trieu Duong - Hanoi Law University acknowledged the spirit of learning, sense of discipline and efforts to overcome difficulties of the group of students. Mr. Nguyen Trieu Duong affirmed that the legal knowledge equipped in the course will help students improve their capacity to advise and perform public duties, contributing to transparency and efficiency in state management.

On the side of Phu Tho Department of Home Affairs, Deputy Director of the Department Tran Van Hoa emphasized: The coordination in opening the 8th Law University Degree 2 class in Vinh Phuc is a concrete step to realize the Project "Breakthrough in training and fostering cadres" issued by the Standing Committee of Vinh Phuc Provincial Party Committee (old) since 2021. The project aims that by 2025, 100% of cadres under the management of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee will be trained with a 2nd degree or postgraduate degree.

“The success of the course not only brings pride to each student, but also contributes practically to building a team of cadres, civil servants and public employees with legal knowledge, meeting the requirements of sustainable development of Vinh Phuc province and the region in the new period,” Mr. Tran Van Hoa affirmed.

On the side of the coordinating unit, Dr. Le Gia Thanh - Director of Vinh Phuc Continuing Education Center expressed his pride when the Center was chosen as the place to implement training, and at the same time committed to continue accompanying and creating the best conditions to open more undergraduate and graduate classes right in the locality.

At the ceremony, Hanoi Law University and Vinh Phuc Continuing Education Center awarded certificates of merit and rewards to students with excellent achievements in study and training.
