60 trillion VND in preferential loans for production and consumption

Of which, 50 trillion VND is for the production and business loan package and 10 trillion VND is for the consumer loan package. The lending interest rate for production and business is from 3.0%/year for a 3-month term, 3.5%/year for a 3-6 month term and 4%/year for a term of over 6-12 months.

With a consumer package of 4%/year for a 3-month loan, 4.5%/year for a term of over 3-6 months and 5%/year for a term of over 6-12 months. Lending methods: single loans, loans by limit, loans by overdraft limit on payment accounts.

Corporate and individual customers who need loans for production, business and consumption to serve their living needs, including: Buying houses, land, building new/renovating, repairing houses; purchasing essential household items and other consumption purposes.

The loan packages will be implemented from now until the program scale is reached, within the correct credit growth plan, on target, promptly meeting the credit capital needs of the economy , directing credit to production and business sectors, priority sectors... according to the direction of the State Bank.
