The Department of Construction of Thai Nguyen province has just issued a document announcing that future housing is eligible for sale, lease, and purchase for the Investment Project to build a mixed-use high-rise residential, commercial and service building in Hoang Van Thu ward, Thai Nguyen city (commercial name: Diamond Hill Thai Nguyen Hospital).

Diamond Hill Thai Nguyen Hospital has a construction area of ​​4,626m2 with 38 floors (perspective image).

The investor is BV Invest Joint Stock Company. The project uses over 9,000m2 of land, a total of 608 apartments, and a total investment of over 1,465 billion VND. Diamond Hill Thai Nguyen Hospital has a construction area of ​​4,626m2 with 38 floors above ground and 91,560m2 of floor space. According to the design, the project provides 608 apartments, expected to serve 1,900 people.

Lanmak Real Estate Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company is the winning bidder for the Project (started in October 2024 and expected to be completed in May 2027).

Previously, on July 12, 2023, the Provincial People's Committee issued Decision No. 1599/QD-UBND approving the investment policy; on October 16, 2023, it issued Decision No. 2525/QD-UBND approving the results of the auction of land use rights and assets attached to land to select investors to implement the investment project to build a high-rise mixed-use residential, commercial and service building in Hoang Van Thu ward, Thai Nguyen city; Decision No. 2857/QD-UBND dated November 14, 2024 on granting certificates of land use rights, house ownership rights and other assets attached to land to BV Invest Joint Stock Company in Hoang Van Thu ward, Thai Nguyen city.

The inspection content focuses on issues such as: compliance with regulations on construction order after licensing; implementation plan and progress; construction quality management based on construction management records; implementation of regulations on labor safety.

The working group acknowledged the seriousness in implementing the Project and requested the units to continue to comply with legal regulations to ensure quality and safety during construction.
