
Of this, central budget revenue reached 7,413.8 billion VND; local budget revenue reached 24,185.5 billion VND.
According to Da Nang City Statistics, domestic revenue continues to play a key role, estimated at VND 26,746.7 billion (accounting for 84.6% of total revenue and increasing by 14% over the same period).
Many important revenue items recorded good growth, reflecting the effectiveness of revenue management and the recovery of production and business. Specifically: revenue from housing and land reached VND 4,033.1 billion (accounting for 12.8%, a sharp increase of 67.1% over the same period in 2024); revenue from foreign-invested enterprises reached VND 4,478.6 billion (accounting for 14.2%, an increase of 23.2% over the same period).
Personal income tax reached VND3,451.3 billion (accounting for 10.9%, up 26.7% over the same period). Revenue from fees and charges reached VND1,561.8 billion (accounting for 4.9%, up 21.7% over the same period); in which registration fees increased sharply by 36.8%, showing that the purchasing power of high-value assets (cars, real estate, etc.) is recovering strongly.
On the other hand, revenue from the non-state industrial and commercial sector, although the largest source of domestic revenue, recorded a decrease of 5.7%, reaching VND9,081.7 billion; leading to a decrease in the proportion of this sector in the domestic revenue structure from 41% to 34%.
Revenue from import-export activities is estimated at VND 3,120.2 billion (accounting for 9.9% of total revenue, down 6.1% over the same period in 2024). Although aid revenue accounts for a small proportion, reaching VND 17.3 billion, it increased by 72.7%. Other revenue groups reached VND 1,715.2 billion, 4.3 times higher than the same period in 2024.
