Amidst the silvery reed hillsides, the sound of waves lapping against the sandy beach where dogs frolic, Jeju appears gentle and enchanting in the red sunset.
In order to spread that beauty, the Jeju Tourism Organization (JTO) has introduced seven autumn experience itineraries, suitable for different styles and interests, so that visitors can fully experience this charming island.
Seven autumn itineraries in Jeju will open up for visitors a variety of experiences, where everyone can find their own joy and harmony. Those who love culture can start the trip by immersing themselves in the traditional festival atmosphere, listening to the echoes of ancient stories amidst the bustling drum beats.
When in need of some peace, visitors can seek out “healing” trips, leisurely strolling among the grassy hills, breathing in the cool breeze and sharing happy moments with their pets. From these journeys, our footsteps naturally lead us to captivating scenes, where the reed fields stretch in the wind, and the autumn sunlight dyes a corner of Jeju sky golden.
For shopaholics, the journey becomes more interesting when walking through the lovely shops, where each gift bears the creative stamp of the island. Of course, there is also an experience for the taste buds: citrus desserts, traditional rice cakes or new variations always make everyone who tries them praise.

As the sun sets, the coastal running paths invite those who love exercise; each step seems to be in harmony with the waves and the fresh autumn wind. And when the day ends, Jeju also gives lovers the beauty of countless romantic shooting angles, where each frame can become a lifetime photo, or the backdrop for a dream wedding photo album.
Coming to Jeju, those who love culture will experience a “journey through legends and traditional festivals”, where the past and present blend in every beat of life.
This island, known as the "land of more than 18,000 gods", is always full of religious colors, with many festivals honoring unique folk culture.
Visitors can attend traditional gut ceremonies, listen to prayers delivered through drum beats, meet locals and experience the authentic rhythm of island life.
In early November, Jeju comes alive with the Batdam Festival (November 1-2) and the Olle Walking Festival (November 6-8), where every step is like touching the island's ancient story.
For those seeking peace, Jeju offers an exciting experience of “healing travel with pets”. Strolling on the gentle hillsides, through the green forests or across the windy fields, visitors can feel the fresh air of the island with their four-legged friends.
Many pet-friendly accommodations are thoughtfully designed, with large gardens, private entrances and separate amenities, providing guests with the best possible experience.

Hamdeok Beach in Jeju City is also famous as the first beach on the island dedicated to dogs, where dogs can freely run on the white sand, chasing the waves in the sunset. In addition, places such as Oedolgae, Sanyang Keuneongot or Hamdog Beach are also favorite stops for tourists when they want to enjoy relaxing moments with their little friends.
For those who want to immerse themselves in nature, Autumn is the time when Jeju becomes the clearest and gentlest. That is when the oreum trees covered with silver grass bend in the Autumn wind, creating endless "silver waves" on the hillside. Under the gentle yellow sunlight, the scene is both wild and poetic, making anyone who comes here want to stop for a long time. Among them, places like Ttarabi, Saebyeol and Darangshi oreum are always the favorite choices of tourists who want to see Jeju in its most pristine beauty.
For those who love shopping, Jeju offers a colorful world through creative pop-up stores, where local identity blends with the modern breath of global brands. Walking through the small space of the Crayon Shin-chan theme store or the Pokémon pop-up at Yeomiji Botanical Garden, visitors will feel like they are lost in a land of colors. There, each limited edition item is not just a souvenir, but also a small piece of Jeju's soul, delicate, youthful and full of inspiration.

Especially for tourists who love exercise, Jeju has truly brought picturesque coastal running routes, where each step blends with the breath of cool autumn wind and gentle sea scent. The 5km route connecting Iho Tewoo Beach with Dodubong Hill near Jeju International Airport opens up endless views of the deep blue ocean. Meanwhile, the 2.5km Gwakji-Handam Trail and the 5km Yongduam-Dodubong Trail are perfect choices for those who want to stride in the sunset that dyes the sea surface golden.
