The young party members admitted are: Nguyen Tuan Ngoc, Ly Bang, Hoang Anh Truong, Dang Quoc Huy, Pham Cong Vinh, Do Minh Hieu, Dao Manh Duc, Vu Tien Sang, aged 18 - 23. These are typical young people in 6 wards who volunteered to join the army in 2025 and have been trained and assisted by the party cells.

Party member Dao Manh Duc, born in 2004 (in Dai Kim ward) shared: "Having the honor of being admitted to the Party on the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam at a meaningful location, I am extremely proud and motivated to strive in the future."
Speaking at the task assignment for new party members, Hoang Mai District Party Committee Standing Deputy Secretary Nguyen Duc Dung affirmed: The attention to selecting, training and admitting young people to the Party aims to arouse pride, patriotism and determination for new recruits to perform well in the army. At the same time, it is a solution to help branches and party committees complete the target of admitting party members and rejuvenating the party members.
Immediately after the Party admission ceremony, Hoang Mai district leaders held a meeting with young people ready to join the army in 2025 and soldiers discharged from the army in 2024.
Speaking at the meeting, Hoang Mai District Party Secretary Nguyen Xuan Linh emphasized that performing military service is not only the sacred responsibility of every citizen but also the pride of Hoang Mai youth in the cause of building and defending the Fatherland.
He highly appreciated the spirit of readiness to join the army of the youth, and at the same time congratulated and thanked the discharged soldiers for completing their tasks with a high sense of responsibility, contributing to the cause of protecting the country. He hoped that the youth would uphold the heroic tradition of the nation, constantly train and strive in the military environment to become excellent soldiers, brave, disciplined and with high team spirit, uphold the tradition of solidarity, and excellently complete all assigned tasks.
Hoang Mai District Party Secretary Nguyen Xuan Linh also requested all levels and sectors to coordinate with local organizations and businesses to support vocational training and job referrals for demobilized soldiers, helping them have opportunities to develop themselves and contribute to the socio-economic development of the district.

Before that, delegates and young people preparing to join the army of Hoang Mai district participated in a traditional education program and visited the Vietnam Military History Museum.
