The atmosphere was even more exciting with the exchange of Gijisi Tug of War Association (Dangjin City, Korea) and drum and lion dance performances by artists from Sehan University. This is considered an international highlight, contributing to expanding cultural exchange and spreading the value of tug of war heritage to the world .

At the event, the Vietnam Tug of War Heritage Community Network was launched, marking a new step in connecting communities, promoting heritage conservation and promotion.

Tug-of-war rituals and games are cultural practices in many parts of the world. In Asia, especially in regions with long-standing agricultural civilizations such as Northeast and Southeast Asia, tug-of-war often takes place in spring, the beginning of a new farming cycle. Tug-of-war is both an attractive game during festivals and a sacred ritual associated with the wish for favorable weather and bountiful harvests... In 2015, tug-of-war rituals and games were officially listed on the list of Multinational Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.
