Mr. Vu Quang Tuan and Ms. Do Thi Ha's household has not yet handed over the premises.

According to the leader of the People's Committee of Le Loi commune (Chi Linh), as of the morning of June 4, the locality coordinated with the Land Clearance Council of Chi Linh city to propagate and mobilize 4 more households whose land is located in the Investment Project to build a road to the Con Son - Kiep Bac relic site (section 1/2 of the left route from An Linh intersection to Dau Rong intersection) to agree to hand over the land.

Thus, there are currently 3 households in Ben village that have not agreed to hand over the land, including: Mr. Tran Van Loi and Ms. Dong Thi Hien; Mr. Nguyen Van Doan and Ms. Dang Thi Nham; Mr. Vu Quang Tuan and Ms. Do Thi Ha, with a total unhanded over area of more than 1,403 m².

The Party Committee, People's Council and People's Committee of Le Loi commune continue to coordinate to mobilize and propagate the above households to agree on the compensation plan and strictly implement the land recovery decision.

According to the plan, on June 5, the People's Committee of Chi Linh City will organize the compulsory land recovery to implement the Investment Project to build a road to the Con Son - Kiep Bac relic site (section 1/2 of the left route from An Linh intersection to Dau Rong intersection) for households that intentionally do not implement the land recovery decision. The households have not agreed with the plans and requested to verify the origin of the land to calculate the compensation and support price. However, the competent authorities of Chi Linh City have verified the origin of the land, calculated the support price, and compensated in accordance with the provisions of law.

The project to invest in building a road to the Con Son - Kiep Bac relic site (section 1/2 of the left route from An Linh intersection to Dau Rong intersection) is invested by the Provincial Investment and Construction Project Management Board. The total land area to be recovered is more than 94.1 hectares, involving 96 households in Le Loi and Hung Dao communes. As of June 4, 93 households have agreed to hand over the site.
