On November 23rd, AB InBev Vietnam was ranked among the top 100 best workplaces in Vietnam for the fourth consecutive year in 2023. At the conference, AB InBev Vietnam was honored to be ranked 37th overall and 10th in the consumer goods sector. Furthermore, for the first time, AB InBev Vietnam was named among the top 15 companies with the happiest workforce in the medium-sized enterprise sector.
The Best Workplace in Vietnam is a prestigious workplace ranking organized annually by Anphabe (a pioneering consulting firm specializing in employer branding and happy workplace solutions), under the patronage of the Vietnam Federation of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), and verified by Intage Vietnam to ensure fairness and objectivity.
The ranking is based on the results of an objective survey of 63,878 experienced working professionals from 18 industry sectors and 9,638 students from 113 universities nationwide, conducted from April to September 2023. The survey aimed to measure the employer brand attractiveness of 752 businesses, while also updating the latest trends in talent, human resources, and the working environment in Vietnam.
