At the inspection, Secretary of the City Party Committee Ho Van Nam said that this area has built a series of illegal factories for nearly 10 years and there was Inspection Conclusion No. 2804/KL-UBND dated March 18, 2020 of the Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee for 47 violating enterprises.
Therefore, in an exchange with representatives of some business establishments at the inspection, Bien Hoa City Party Secretary Ho Van Nam emphasized: "Anyone involved in violations will be handled, but businesses that build illegally must relocate." Therefore, the City Party Committee leader requested the two working groups of the Bien Hoa City Party Committee Standing Committee who are directly propagating and mobilizing businesses and establishments in this area to request the owners of the establishments and enterprises to comply with the enforcement decision issued by the City People's Committee earlier, and at the same time requested the businesses and establishments to sign a commitment to relocate machinery and factories before June 30.
After the above period, local authorities will enforce according to regulations to restore the original status.
According to Bien Hoa City Party Secretary Ho Van Nam, the determination to relocate business establishments out of the above 72.08 hectare area demonstrates the determination of the entire political system from the province to the city in order not to create a bad precedent in the management of construction order in the province in general and Bien Hoa city in particular. At the same time, this is also a step to affirm the orientation of industrial development in Dong Nai towards sustainability associated with environmental protection.
