According to exclusive information leaked by 9to5mac , Apple is preparing an important update for AirPods headphones at the WWDC event, which will take place on June 9.

Most notably, iOS 26 will allow users to control the iPhone or iPad camera by tapping on their AirPods, possibly in conjunction with a timer so that ‌iPhone‌ users don’t have to touch their ears when taking photos.
