AI tool creates realistic videos
Veo 3 is an artificial intelligence (AI) tool introduced by Google at the end of May, allowing to create videos from text descriptions. This is the third version in the line of AI video creation tools called Veo, with the highlight being the ability to significantly upgrade the image quality, content and movement of both the main character and the background.
The videos created by Veo 3 are so highly rated that many people find it difficult to distinguish that they are products of AI, but think they are real footage.
The limitation of Veo 3 is that each video is only up to 8 seconds long. However, users can create many short clips and combine them to create a complete long video.
Veo 3 is causing a "fever" in Vietnam thanks to its ability to create and dub Vietnamese voices (Video: Le Minh Thien Toan).
The most outstanding advantage of Veo 3 is the ability to automatically create sound effects and dubbing on demand, helping users save a lot of post-production time. In particular, the character's face in the video can move its lips to match the inserted dialogue - a rare feature in current AI video creation tools.
For example, users can ask Veo 3 to add ocean waves, wind sounds, or voiceovers to characters – all done in one video creation package. This is what makes Veo 3 stand out from many similar tools on the market.
Notably, Veo 3 supports Vietnamese very well, both in terms of voice and lip movements. The characters can move their lips almost completely to match the Vietnamese dialogue, contributing to the explanation of why this tool quickly "caused a fever" in the content creation community in Vietnam.
Immediately after its launch, Veo 3 was warmly welcomed by many domestic technology users, using it to create humorous videos, promotional clips or product introductions with professional quality that could previously only be done with complex video editing software.
Be careful not to lose money or get sick.
In fact, Veo 3 is currently only available in 73 countries, including the US, UK, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia... Vietnam is not yet on the official supported list.
In addition, to experience Veo 3, users need to register for a Google AI Pro account package for $20/month. However, this package only allows creating up to 10 videos per month and is limited to many advanced features.
To remove the limits, users are forced to upgrade to the Google AI Ultra package, which costs quite a lot – up to $250/month.

Because Veo 3 is not officially supported in Vietnam and has a fairly high service fee, many people have taken advantage of this to launch attractive offers: selling cheap Veo 3 accounts for only a few tens to a few hundred thousand VND per month, with a commitment to "free use" to create videos on demand.
In fact, besides some real account sellers, many bad guys have taken advantage of the situation to scam. They ask users to transfer money first, then immediately disappear without providing any account information as promised.
Some people even sell Veo 3 registration services using customers' Gmail accounts at low prices. However, these accounts are often created by exploiting loopholes in Google's policies to circumvent the law and register Veo 3 in unsupported regions.
This is a violation of Google's terms of use and carries the risk of having the user's account permanently locked at any time.

Giving personal Gmail accounts to Veo 3 subscription services poses serious risks. Users may end up losing money and getting in trouble when their accounts are permanently locked due to violating Google's policies, which means losing access to email, personal data and related services.
In addition, many people, out of curiosity and eagerness to experience Veo 3 early, followed instructions spread online, accidentally downloading fake applications. This is a trap for hackers to install malware on the device, thereby stealing personal information, sensitive data, and even appropriating user assets.
To avoid unnecessary risks, users should absolutely not install Veo 3 “copycat” software floating on the Internet, nor follow instructions from unknown sources. At the same time, be cautious with offers for cheap Veo 3 accounts on social networks.
