GD&TĐ - The Department of Education and Training of An Giang province established a Core Council of subjects and educational activities for Primary, Secondary and High Schools at the provincial level for the 2025-2026 school year.

On September 15, the Department of Education and Training of An Giang province issued a Decision to establish a Core Council of subjects and educational activities for primary, secondary and high schools at the provincial level for the 2025-2026 school year.

Accordingly, the core tasks of the Core Council of subjects and educational activities at all levels are to organize activities related to the implementation of the 2018 General Education Program; provide professional advice and support, exploit and use textbooks, local educational materials, learning resources, and teaching equipment effectively, suitable to practical conditions.

Organize seminars, workshops, observe classes, etc. to advise teachers on the flexible application of teaching methods and forms of organizing subjects and educational activities suitable to the characteristics of each level of education.

At the same time, advise on organizing experiential activities for each subject, focusing on creative experiential activities of students, in accordance with the orientation of the 2018 General Education Program; advise and support the construction of a school model of educational innovation in the direction of developing students' capacity in accordance with school conditions, organize to promote teaching STEM/STEAM, digital capacity, artificial intelligence (AI).

In addition, Core Council members participate in writing communication articles on educational innovation, organizing teaching and learning towards developing students' capacity, and professional activities at all levels to enhance subject effectiveness.

The members of the Core Council at all levels are a team of managers and teachers with solid expertise and enthusiasm in their work. They will be an "extended arm" contributing to helping the Department of Education and Training effectively implement the 2018 General Education Program at all levels.
