GD&TĐ - On November 8, Nam Viet International Education Group (HCMC) held the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.

Building the future with humanistic educational philosophy

Speaking at the Shareholders' Meeting, Ms. Phan Thi Anh Hoang, Vice President of the Group, Principal of Nam Viet Kindergarten, Primary, Secondary and High School (under the Group) said that since its inception, Nam Viet International Education Group has identified education as a journey to create the future, the foundation for sustainable development of society.

According to Ms. Anh Hoang, in the 2024-2025 school year, 100% of preschool students will achieve age-appropriate development indicators, be confident and bold in communication. At the primary level, 100% of students will complete the program, many of whom will receive the title of Excellent Completion. At the secondary and high school levels, over 80% of students will achieve good academic performance, 100% of 12th graders will graduate from high school, and over 95% will be admitted to prestigious colleges and universities. 100% of students will have good or fair conduct, demonstrating a spirit of mutual love, discipline and high sense of responsibility.

Along with that, the Group promotes innovation in educational programs and technology, expands the enhanced English program with native teachers, applies AI and LMS systems in teaching, deploys STEAM education and smart camera recognition systems to help manage students accurately, safely and effectively.

During the past school year, the Group organized many large-scale mass movement activities such as the National Defense Sports Festival, Olympic Games of various subjects, Student Camping Festival on January 9, Ho Chi Minh Cultural Space, and a series of charity programs: "Loving Tet - Supporting to go to school", "Volunteer Spring - Car of Charity", contributing to spreading the spirit of charity to the community.

In particular, Nam Viet has adopted 10 more students from the Vu A Dinh Scholarship Fund, bringing the total number of sponsored students to 128, of which 29 have graduated from high school and been admitted to university. This is a living proof of the humanistic educational philosophy and social responsibility that the Group always pursues.

In addition, in the 2024-2025 school year, Nam Viet achieved many impressive achievements: The excellent labor collective received a Certificate of Merit from the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee; the Party Cell, Trade Union, and Youth Union all completed their tasks excellently. 02 officials were proposed to receive a Certificate of Merit from the Prime Minister ; 13 individuals were proposed to receive a Certificate of Merit from the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee,...

In particular, Nam Viet School students have achieved many achievements in domestic and international competitions: 21 students won excellent prizes at the District level and 15 students won prizes at the City level at the "English Arena" and "VioEdu"; 1 silver medal in International Mathematics, 1 bronze medal in VioEdu Mathematics; 106 students received Cambridge certificates, of which 15 students achieved perfect scores; Art awards such as Gold Medal at the 2024 International Musical Instrument Competition, National Piano Silver Medal, and a series of national and international painting, MC, and singing awards.

Speaking at the Shareholders' Meeting, Mr. Nguyen Duc Quoc, Chairman of the Group, shared in-depth about the development journey, strategic orientation and solidarity, the key factors that help Nam Viet stand firm in the face of economic fluctuations.

He emphasized: “Nam Viet’s recent journey is the result of persistent efforts, solidarity and strong belief among the leadership, staff and employees. The success of the Group today does not come from luck, but from the dedication, responsibility and desire to contribute of each member of the Nam Viet family.

In the context of many businesses facing great challenges. However, despite the general impact of the market, Nam Viet Group still maintains stability, proactively innovates and develops in a sustainable direction.

Chairman Nguyen Duc Quoc shared: “Difficulties are inevitable, but it is in the midst of hardship that we become more united. Shareholders, partners and all employees have shared, understood and accompanied each other to overcome challenges. That is the inner strength that makes up the mettle of Nam Viet.”

He also affirmed that by 2025, Nam Viet will continue to promote the application of technology in management, training and operation. The application of technology in teaching, attendance, student management and event organization has helped improve operational efficiency, moving towards a smart, transparent and modern management system.
