Permanent Vice Chairman of An Giang Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thanh Phong presented decisions to a number of comrades on retirement and resignation.

At the conference, Director of the Department of Home Affairs of An Giang province Nguyen Nhu Anh announced the decisions of the Chairman of the People's Committee of An Giang province on the implementation of regimes and policies according to Decree No. 178/2024/ND-CP and Decree No. 67/2025/ND-CP of the Government for 22 cadres and civil servants who are leaders and managers of a number of departments, branches, and People's Committees of communes and wards; of which, 14 cadres and civil servants retired before the retirement age and 8 cadres and civil servants resigned to enjoy the policy.
Speaking at the conference, on behalf of the leaders of An Giang Provincial People's Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of An Giang Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thanh Phong expressed his respect and recognition of the contributions and dedication of the retired comrades this time to Kien Giang and An Giang provinces before and after the merger over the past time, making an important contribution to the province's implementation of the roadmap for organization and apparatus streamlining.
