On September 8, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh chaired the Government's special meeting on law-making in September 2025 to review and give opinions on nine draft laws.

Attending the meeting were Politburo members, Party Central Committee Secretaries, Party Central Committee members, Deputy Prime Ministers, Deputy Secretaries of the Government Party Committee, Ministers, Acting Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Government agencies; and leaders of ministries and agencies.
