10:32: Tran Ho Duy enters the semi-finals of the taekwondo content

10:30: Women's table tennis beat Uzbekistan 3-0 in team event
Entering the round of 16, the Vietnamese women's table tennis team met Uzbekistan. The results were: Tran Mai Ngoc beat Markhabo Madieva 3-2; Nguyen Khoa Dieu Khanh beat Rozalina Khadijeva 3-0; Bui Ngoc Lan beat Asel Erkebaeva 3-0.
10:00: Women's rowing 4-scull won bronze medal
Four rowers Dinh Thi Hao, Du Thi Bong, Ha Thi Vui, and Pham Thi Hue won the bronze medal in the women's quad boat with a time of 6 minutes 52 seconds 35, behind the Chinese and Japanese teams.
9:05: Rowing ranked 6th
In the final of the women's double rowing event, the Nguyen Thi Giang/Pham Thi Thao pair ranked 6th overall, after the Chinese, Iranian, Thai, Kazakhstan and Korean teams.
On the first day of competition after the opening ceremony, the Vietnamese sports delegation competed in 14 events including shooting, boxing, men's football, table tennis, swimming, chess, fencing, e- sports , judo, rowing, taekwondo, tennis, gymnastics and wushu.
Vietnam rowing team enters women's double sculls final
Expected to bring home the first medal for the Vietnamese sports delegation are the finals of the rowing events: women's double sculls (Nguyen Thi Giang, Pham Thi Thao) and women's quadruple sculls (Dinh Thi Hao, Du Thi Bong, Ha Thi Vui, Pham Thi Hue), both in the morning.
Shooter Phi Thanh Thao
Shooters Le Thi Mong Tuyen, Nguyen Thi Thao, and Phi Thanh Thao will compete in the qualifying round of the women's 10m air rifle event. If they make it to the finals, the trio will compete at noon.
