Towards the 43rd Anniversary of Vietnamese Teachers' Day (November 20) and the 8th Patriotic Emulation Congress of the Education Sector (2025-2030 period), the Ministry of Education and Training announced a list of 60 outstanding teachers with outstanding achievements in management and teaching.
This year's list includes three youngest teachers born in 1990, representing a generation of dynamic and creative teachers who are actively contributing to educational innovation.
Ms. Nguyen Thu Thao
With innovative thinking and the desire to create a comprehensive learning environment, Ms. Nguyen Thu Thao - President of TH School System leads the school to become a pioneering educational model combining international standards with the quintessence of Vietnamese studies.
Under her leadership, TH School has achieved a series of prestigious international certifications such as WASC, Cambridge, ABSA and become a member of EARCOS. 100% of graduates receive invitations from prestigious universities at home and abroad, many of whom receive 90-100% scholarships. TH School students continuously make their mark with international medals at competitions such as World Scholar's Cup, Science Snippets, SIMSO, Teenagle, ANU Business Case.
Ms. Thao is also a pioneer in bringing AI and STEM into teaching, promoting digital transformation in management and learning. The system has up to 98 free extracurricular clubs, helping students develop creative, debating, artistic and sports skills.
Not only focusing on education, she also actively spreads the spirit of humanity and social responsibility through community projects and volunteer activities.
In sports, she founded the Nghe An fencing team, leading the team to win the National Bronze Medal in 2025, representing Vietnam at the Navy Open (Thailand) and achieving Top 1 in the 35+ age group, and Second Place in the Sunrise Sprint 2025.

Ms. Pham Thi Thanh Ha
As a key English teacher of Hung Yen city and province, Ms. Pham Thi Thanh Ha - teacher at Hien Nam Primary School (Pho Hien ward, Hung Yen city) is always loved by colleagues and students for her sense of responsibility, professional ethics and solid professional capacity.
Ms. Ha won the title of Provincial Excellent Teacher for the 2023-2024 school year, represented the entire city's primary school teachers in reviewing the grade 5 English textbook - NEXT MOVE 5 to send to the Department of Education and Training, and is also a member of the English initiative evaluation council for primary school in the 2024-2025 school year.
Not only is she good at her subject, she also inspires students to learn foreign languages through English clubs, “English Festival”, “Golden Bell” competitions, singing and storytelling in English. Thanks to that, her students become more confident, proactive and bold in communication.
In the period 2021-2025, students guided by Ms. Ha won 4 National IOE Bronze medals, 1 Silver medal, 3 Provincial Bronze medals, along with many First and Second IOE Provincial prizes, contributing to improving the quality of the school's English subject.
With her persistent efforts, Ms. Pham Thi Thanh Ha has been recognized as a grassroots Emulation Fighter for many consecutive years (2022, 2024), receiving a Certificate of Merit from the Department of Education and Training and the People's Committee of Hung Yen city.

Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Ha
With 12 years of experience in the education sector, including 5 years of volunteer teaching at Sinh Ha Primary School and Sinh Ton Primary School (Truong Sa district, 2013-2018), Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Ha - teacher at Vinh Trung Primary School (Tay Nha Trang ward, Khanh Hoa province) is a typical example of dedication, overcoming difficulties and innovation in teaching.
In his role as head of the subject group, Mr. Ha is always a pioneer in innovating teaching methods, applying technology and being flexible in each lecture, contributing to improving the quality of primary education in the locality.
Those efforts are recognized by a series of achievements: First Prize in the City-level Primary School Teacher Competition in 2023, Provincial-level Excellent Teacher in 2025. He has been awarded many Certificates of Merit by the Ministry of Education and Training, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union, the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province, the Department of Education and Training of Khanh Hoa and the People's Committee of Truong Sa district for his outstanding contributions to the cause of educational development in the island region.
In particular, in 2018, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Ha was honored to receive the Medal "For the cause of protecting sea and island sovereignty" from the Navy Command, recognizing the years of teaching in the middle of Truong Sa, where each lesson not only taught knowledge but also ignited patriotism and perseverance in students.
