48 individuals were honored
At the conference to summarize the two Bac Ninh Trade Union football teams participating in the 2025 Vietnam Workers and Civil Servants Football Tournament, Mr. Thach Van Chung - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front, Chairman of the Bac Ninh Provincial Labor Federation - assessed that participating in the tournament is a valuable opportunity for players and coaching staff to exchange and learn experiences.
Mr. Chung affirmed that the union members wearing the union uniform have shown the noble sportsmanship , solidarity and efforts that will continue to spread and promote in cultural, sports and production movements, contributing to the development of Bac Ninh.
Also at the conference, the Standing Committee of the Bac Ninh Provincial Labor Federation awarded certificates of merit to 48 individuals, including players and service teams of the two Bac Ninh Trade Union football teams.
This is a worthy recognition for the training efforts, solidarity and responsibility of all members of the sports delegation, who have represented the workers and civil servants of Bac Ninh province in the national arena.

Propose more teams to participate
Speaking with Tuoi Tre Online , Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Ngoc - Vice President of the Bac Ninh Provincial Labor Federation - said that the two Bac Ninh Trade Union football teams are a source of pride and honor, representing 579,000 union members in the province when entering the final round of the Vietnam Workers and Civil Servants Football Tournament 2025 in Ho Chi Minh City.
Although the two teams did not achieve the expected results, the players still showed technical and beautiful playing style, strictly following the competition rules. Accompanying the team was the attention, direction and close support of the provincial leaders, departments, and sponsoring businesses.
"Participating in the tournament not only improves health but is also a valuable opportunity for union members and workers of Bac Ninh province to exchange and learn experiences, demonstrating the dynamic and united image of the team of workers and civil servants of Bac Ninh province," said Ms. Ngoc.
Leaders of the Bac Ninh Provincial Federation of Labor assessed that the Vietnam Workers and Civil Servants Football Tournament has spread and promoted the spirit of physical exercise and sports, improving the physical and mental health of union members and workers in the province.
After the merger of the province, the Provincial Labor Federation organized the first Bac Ninh Province Men's and Women's Football Tournament, taking place from September 14 to November 2 with 111 teams and nearly 2,000 athletes.
This shows the attraction of the tournament and the attention and support not only from workers but also from businesses, all levels and sectors in the province.
"The widespread movement of physical exercise not only helps workers improve their health and spiritual life, but also strengthens solidarity and companionship between union members, workers, trade unions and businesses," said Ms. Ngoc.
The leaders of the Bac Ninh Provincial Federation of Labor hope that the Vietnam Workers and Civil Servants Football Tournament in the coming years will have more participating teams, and sideline activities to attract union members such as performing arts, exchanges with famous players, and job counseling so that this will truly be a festival for workers.

Vietnam Workers and Civil Servants Football Tournament Tuoi Tre Newspaper, Vietnam General Confederation of Labor , Vietnam Football Federation jointly organized for the third consecutive year.
Entering the 2025 season, the tournament has affirmed its position as an annual, prestigious playground for workers, civil servants, and laborers across the country; contributing to promoting the movement of physical exercise and sports, improving the cultural and spiritual life of workers, civil servants, and laborers in particular and the whole society in general.
This year's tournament is honored to receive the support of Truong Hai Group Joint Stock Company (THACO), Dong Luc Sports Group, HTP Pharmaceutical Investment Joint Stock Company, Hoa Sen Group Joint Stock Company, Sunshine Group, Saigon Water Corporation (SAWACO), Fashion Connection Joint Stock Company (Faslink), 108 Central Military Hospital, 175 Military Hospital and a number of enterprises.
