The ceremonial artillery array participating in the 70th Anniversary of Dien Bien Phu Victory included 18 105mm caliber artillery pieces; including 15 official artillery pieces and 3 reserve artillery pieces. This morning, 21 artillery rounds were fired, each round consisting of 2 shots fired from 3 artillery pieces in the ceremonial artillery array. With careful preparation, the ceremonial artillery force ensured accurate and safe firing throughout the firing period. The firing of 21 artillery rounds attracted the attention of many people and tourists.

Previously, since April 23, the 45th Artillery Brigade, Artillery Corps has been practicing four times a day with primers. According to the plan, the 45th Artillery Brigade, Artillery Corps will conduct artillery firing at the preliminary rehearsal on May 3 and the general rehearsal on May 5 before the 70th Anniversary of Dien Bien Phu Victory Ceremony takes place on the morning of May 7./.
