Attending the handover ceremony were representatives of the 131st Brigade, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department; the Standing Committee of Muong Khuong District Party Committee; local Party committees and authorities.

Mrs. Chao Thi Moang is the daughter of martyr Chao Van Ngan, living in a particularly difficult situation in Lung Vai commune. Her family is large, she herself is in poor health, often needs medical treatment, and her family's house has been degraded for many years.

In order to implement the morality of "When drinking water, remember its source" and to do well the movement of gratitude, taking care of families with meritorious services and people with revolutionary contributions, in December 2024, the Navy Command decided to assign Brigade 131 to coordinate with localities and related units to build a house of gratitude for Ms. Chao Thi Moang.

After a period of construction, the house with an area of 140 square meters has been completed, with a total cost of over 500 million VND; of which Brigade 131 supported 80 million VND, the rest came from the family's budget and the help of relatives.
The House of Gratitude represents the heart of the Navy officers and soldiers in caring for policy families; at the same time contributing to the local government's efforts to eliminate temporary houses.
