The strongest wind near the center of the storm was level 11 (103-117 km/h), gusting to level 14. Moving in the North Northeast direction, speed about 10 km/h.

Due to the impact of the storm, the northeastern sea area of ​​the North East Sea has strong winds of level 7-8; the area near the eye of the storm has strong winds of level 9-11, gusts of level 14, waves 4.0-6.0m high, the area near the eye of the storm is 7.0-9.0m. The sea is very rough.

All vessels operating in the above mentioned danger zones are susceptible to the effects of storms, whirlwinds, strong winds and large waves.

Due to the influence of continuously strengthened cold air combined with high altitude divergence, from November 13-15, in the Northern region, Thanh Hoa and Nghe An, there will be little cloud and sunny days.

During November 13-15, the lowest nighttime temperature in the Northern region, Thanh Hoa and Nghe An will drop sharply, generally between 16-18 degrees Celsius, in the Northern mountainous region, some places will be below 13 degrees Celsius. At night and early morning, in these areas, the weather will turn cold, in the high mountainous areas, some places will be very cold.
