At 1:00 a.m. on November 17, storm Usagi is forecast to be at about 23.4 degrees North latitude, 121.9 degrees East longitude, in the sea east of Taiwan (China). Wind force level 6, level 7, gust level 9; moving northeast, speed about 10-15 km/h and gradually weakening into a tropical depression. The sea northeast of the North East Sea has a level 3 natural disaster risk.
Affected by the storm, the northeastern sea area of the North East Sea has strong winds of level 6-7, near the eye of the storm level 8-9, gusting to level 11; waves 2-3m high, near the eye of the storm 3-5m; very rough seas.
Regarding Typhoon Man-yi, which is currently active in the sea east of the central Philippines, at 1:00 a.m. on November 16, the center of the storm was located at about 12 degrees North latitude, 127.8 degrees East longitude, in the sea east of the central Philippines. The strongest wind near the center of the storm is level 15 (167-183 km/h), gusting to level 17; moving in the West Northwest direction, speed 20-25 km/h.
Forecast at 1:00 a.m. on November 17, Typhoon Man-yi is at about 14.4 degrees North latitude, 124 degrees East longitude, in the sea east of the central Philippines. Wind force level 15, gusting over level 17; moving west-northwest, speed 20-25km/h.
At 1:00 a.m. on November 18, Typhoon Man-yi was at about 16.8 degrees North latitude, 119.7 degrees East longitude, in the eastern sea of the North East Sea. Wind force level 12-13, gust level 16; moving west-northwest, speed 20-25 km/h, entering the East Sea and gradually weakening. The eastern sea of the North East Sea has a level 3 natural disaster risk.
Due to the impact of storm Man-yi, from the afternoon of November 17, the eastern sea area of the North East Sea will have strong winds of level 6-7, then increase to level 8-10, near the storm's eye level 11-13, gusting to level 16; waves 2-4m high, near the storm's eye 5-7m; rough seas. Ships operating in the above-mentioned dangerous areas are likely to be affected by storms, whirlwinds, strong winds, and large waves.
