The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting has just announced that at 7:00 a.m. on November 7, the center of the storm was located at about 18.5 degrees North latitude; 123.1 degrees East longitude, in the sea northeast of Lu Dong island. The strongest wind near the center of the storm is level 15 (167-183 km/h), gusting to level 17; moving in the West Northwest direction, speed 5-10 km/h.

At 07:00 on November 8, the storm center was forecast to be at about 18.5 degrees North latitude; 119.6 degrees East longitude, east of the North East Sea. The strongest wind near the storm center was level 14, gusting over level 16; moving west, speed 15km/h, entering the East Sea. At 07:00 on November 9, the storm center was at about 18.7 degrees North latitude; 115.7 degrees East longitude, east of the North East Sea, 430km east-northeast of the Hoang Sa archipelago. The strongest wind near the storm center was level 12, gusting over level 14; moving west-northwest, speed 15-20km/h. At 07:00 on November 10, the storm center was at about 18.9 degrees North latitude; 113.2 degrees East longitude, in the North East Sea, 260km East Northeast of Hoang Sa archipelago. The strongest wind near the storm center is level 12, gusting over level 14. Moving in the West Northwest direction, speed 10km/h. From the next 72 to 120 hours, the storm is likely to change direction to the Southwest, traveling 10-15km per hour, the intensity continues to weaken.

Due to the influence of the storm, at sea, the eastern sea area of ​​the North East Sea has strong winds of level 6-7. From the night of November 7, it will increase to level 8-10, near the center of the storm, level 12-14, gusts of level 16, waves 4.0-6.0m high, near the center 6.0-8.0m; rough seas. Ships operating in the above-mentioned dangerous areas are likely to be affected by storms, whirlwinds, strong winds, and large waves.

In addition, the latest bulletin from the meteorological agency also said that this morning (November 7), in the area from Ha Tinh to Quang Nam, there will be rain, showers, and locally heavy rain; in the area from Quang Ngai to Ninh Thuan, there will be moderate rain, heavy rain, and locally very heavy rain; in the Central Highlands, there will be local heavy to very heavy rain. The rainfall from 7:00 p.m. on November 6 to 8:00 a.m. on November 7 was over 100mm in some places, such as: De Gi (Binh Dinh) 197.8mm, Song Hinh 4 (Phu Yen) 114.3mm, Ea Mdoal ( Dak Lak ) 111.6mm, Ho Long My (Binh Dinh) 102.8mm, ...

On November 7, in the area from Binh Dinh to Ninh Thuan, there will be rain, moderate rain, locally heavy rain with rainfall from 10-30mm, locally over 80mm. In the area from Ha Tinh to Quang Ngai and the South, there will be scattered showers and thunderstorms, locally heavy rain with rainfall from 15-30mm, locally over 60mm (in the South, rain will be concentrated in the evening and at night). Local heavy rain is likely to cause flooding in low-lying areas; flash floods on small rivers and streams, landslides on steep slopes./.
