The space is very small, but the food prices are on par with luxury restaurants. Since August, the menu has included fried rice, noodle soup... and local specialties. Most dishes cost over 2,000 yuan (about 7 million VND).
According to the menu, a bowl of noodles for 2,188 yuan includes: 120g of onion, 130g of egg or 10g of fresh caviar, 270g of eel, 400g of red shrimp and 210g of small abalone. If customers want to add 20g of tomato, the price increases by 20 yuan (about 70,000 VND).

The 46-year-old owner, Mr. Wu, believes his cooking skills are worth the price, despite the restaurant’s limited space and seating. He claims his noodles are not oily or soggy, and are much tastier than those found elsewhere.
Wu said more than 10 people have ordered the expensive dish, including one who took it all the way back to Shanghai, about an hour away by high-speed train from Hangzhou. However, most of the people who have shared their experiences eating this dish are food bloggers.
However, many people expressed skepticism. One comment was sarcastic: "Noodles brought from Hangzhou to Shanghai will definitely be mushy." Another compared: "The price is even higher than noodles sold in luxury hotels in Shanghai." Someone even joked: "If I saw this price in a small restaurant, I would call the police."

Some netizens also shared the restaurant's menu, which is said to be from 2022, when the most expensive dish cost only 68 yuan (about 250,000 VND). Previously, in June, this restaurant also attracted attention with its high prices, when the most expensive dish was 558 yuan (about 2 million VND).
Wu, a former salesman, opened a restaurant in 2021. He initially hired a chef, but after he quit, Wu took over the kitchen himself. He said it takes 15 minutes to prepare a bowl of noodles and guarantees that all seafood is purchased directly from the seafood market near the restaurant.
According to lawyer He Shengting (Guangdong Guoding Law Firm), this restaurant did not violate the law because it clearly listed prices and ingredients. Only when the information is false or misleading is it considered illegal.
