The participating forces demonstrated a strong spirit of solidarity, honesty, and dedication, aiming for the goal of "Being healthy to build and defend the Fatherland" for officers and athletes. Representatives of the Organizing Committee presented the flag to the first-place team in indoor volleyball.

To promote physical training and sports activities in the Army and militia forces, Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Nghia suggested that agencies and units do a good job of disseminating information so that officers and soldiers have a correct understanding of physical training, meeting the training requirements of their units. Functional agencies should actively advise and propose solutions to improve the effectiveness of physical training and develop the sports movement in agencies and units throughout the army. They should continue to replicate advanced models at sports competitions, and units should conduct experience sharing sessions to ensure the sustainable development of physical training and the sports movement.
