Closing ceremony of Mong Panpipe Festival and awarding of OCOP product certificates in Dong Van district in 2025

BHG - On the evening of April 25, at the Old Quarter stage of Dong Van town, Dong Van District People's Committee held the closing ceremony, awarded prizes to the competitions within the framework of the 10th Mong Panpipe Festival and announced the decision, awarded certificates of 3-star OCOP products in 2025. Dong Van district leaders awarded certificates to 3-star OCOP products

The 10th Mong Panpipe Festival was held by Dong Van district on April 24 and 25. Within the framework of the program, competitions took place that attracted a large number of people and tourists from all over. At the closing ceremony, the Organizing Committee awarded the First, Second, Third and Encouragement prizes to the teams competing in street parades and panpipe playing and dancing. Sung La commune won the First Prize in the panpipe playing and dancing competition; the First Prize in street parade performance went to Sa Phin commune with a model of Mong people's linen weaving and embroidery.

Comrade Do Quoc Huong, Chairman of Dong Van District People's Committee, awarded prizes to the team participating in the street parade performance.

At the closing ceremony, the District People's Committee awarded 3-star OCOP product certificates in 2025 to 10 products including: Fresh beef; Dong Van Ngoc Trang Mint honey; Lien Lien stone cake; Lien Lien butterfly pea stone cake; yellow beef sausage; Dong Van dried beef; Pho Bang braised pork; Pho Bang braised pork leg; Gia Phat salted pork leg; Ma Le village community tourism. The evaluation and recognition of OCOP products in the district helps to effectively implement the resolutions and programs of the province and district on developing high-quality agricultural products according to the value chain. In addition, it aims to create new products to serve tourism, linking agricultural development with tourism development.

On this occasion, the People's Committee of Dong Van district commended collectives and individuals who made positive contributions to organizing the 10th Mong Panpipe Festival in 2025.
