On the morning of September 13, at the Ho Chi Minh Museum - Ho Chi Minh City Branch, the Vietnam Peacekeeping Department in coordination with Military Hospital 175 (Ministry of National Defense) organized an incense offering ceremony to President Ho Chi Minh, launching a movement to compete for achievements and pay tribute to Uncle Ho before leaving for the peacekeeping mission in South Sudan for Level 2 Field Hospital No. 7.
At the ceremony, Major General Le Quang Tri, Party Secretary, Deputy Director of Military Hospital 175 directed, encouraged and motivated the soldiers; at the same time, required all officers and soldiers of Level 2 Field Hospital No. 7 to perform well the following contents: Solidarity, support, help, love each other like blood relatives, determined to excellently complete the tasks of examination, admission, emergency, treatment, and health care for people in South Sudan; actively study and train to improve physical and mental strength and strictly comply with the laws of the State, military discipline, and regulations of the United Nations at the South Sudan Mission; propagate the history, culture, and national traditions of the Vietnam People's Army; create trust and prestige for the local people, build the image of revolutionary military medical soldiers, the image of "Uncle Ho's soldiers," the image of the country and people of Vietnam with international friends.
Representing the staff and soldiers of Level 2 Field Hospital No. 7, Major Tran Duc Tai, Director of the Hospital, spoke to affirm his determination to successfully complete the tasks during his participation in the United Nations Peacekeeping Mission in South Sudan.

Level 2 Field Hospital No. 7 consists of 70 officers, who are elite soldiers selected from military units across the country; the core of which is the medical staff of Military Hospital 175. Notably, the proportion of women participating in Level 2 Field Hospital No. 7 is 20%, maintaining a level higher than the United Nations' regulations.
In the past time, the training of Level 2 Field Hospital No. 7 has been implemented seriously, synchronously, effectively, closely following reality and focusing on the right focus. The completed training contents include: international trauma first aid training, advanced trauma first aid, International Humanitarian Law and explosives identification, Rules for the use of force, Air Medical Evacuation, Aikido, and the Program for preventing and combating sexual exploitation and abuse.
Previously, Level 2 Field Hospital No. 7 and Military Hospital 175 successfully deployed Level 2 Field Hospital No. 1, Level 2 Field Hospital No. 3 and Level 2 Field Hospital No. 5.
Vietnam's Field Hospitals have successfully completed their missions, contributing to marking a new development step of the Vietnam People's Army in the new period, continuing to shine the image of "Uncle Ho's Soldiers" among international friends and the people of South Sudan./.
